We don't just focus on your training. Your response to food, your sleep quality and quantity even your mood and energy are important to getting the most out of your efforts and getting you the best results.
What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
Bands are great home fitness equipment for anyone at any fitness level, The intensity can be increased or decreased and nothing comes close to the safety of the use of bands.
Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
Not at all. We see diet just as important if not more important than the training itself. Our program incorporates both aspects.
Do you do home visits?
Yes. For the conveniences of our clients we do make home visits.
Do you have a trial session?
Yes, we do. Upon receiving your interest, we will arrange a trial session and consultation to better understand your fitness needs.
Is there a sample program I can take a look at?
No one client follows a similar program. Our program takes into account the individuality of each client and makes recommendations based on that individuality. During your free trial session, we will briefly go thru a plan based on the information we gathered.
