We try to gather as much information as we can either from digital sources or by how you feel. With the information, we can better understand how factors like food intake, sleep, stress affect you and your results. We will then make suggestions to help you make changes for the better
UPON WAKING UP
Start Of The Day
Upon waking up we will get you to send data such as weight and sleep quality if it's available. We then put together a plan for the rest of the day based on your fitness goals and the data given.
We take a look at hunger before meals and see how each meal affects your mood and energy levels. We make recommendations to subsequent meals to fine-tune the foods best suited for you.
Tracking Exercise Progress
After each training session we take a look at your routine and compare it to previous sessions to compute your progress and plan the next workout routine for you to keep you progressing.

We here at Ubuntu Fitness believe strongly in education and empowering our clients with the know-how that's specific to their bodies and goals. We are here to provide solutions during the course of the program so that you the client, are well informed about your body.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
The cornerstone of any successful fitness program is a client-centered nutritional plan. As such we feel it is a part of our program and no additional charges are added.
IF IT'S AN ONLINE PROGRAM, WHY ARE THERE 3 TRAINING SESSIONS INCLUDED?
We want to give as much help and better prepare our clients to be independent. That is why we include the 3 sessions so that you, the client, would be able to safely and effectively work out at home or in a gym. The sessions are conducted at a location convenient for you or at Ubuntu Fitness studio at Clarke Quay The Central.
DO I REALLY NEED TO UPDATE THE TRAINER DAILY?
Updating us daily is important. What you eat or do the day before will have a huge impact on the data the next day, This will allow us to quickly discover what works or doesn't work for you.

HOW WILL I BE UPDATING THE TRAINER DAILY?
You can either update us thru the app we use with our clients or you can update us thru Whatsapp or any messaging platform. You might have to update other information like sleep cycles if we feel it is necessary.
